ELIGIBILITY
VISION PLANS VS MEDICAL COVERAGE
What's the difference between your Vision Plan and your Medical Insurance?
A Vision Plan helps to cover the cost of your eyeglasses and/or contact lenses. In the absence of a medical problem, it can also be used to cover your annual eye exam.
A Medical Insurance Plan is used for patients who need more extensive annual exams, such as those patients diagnosed with Diabetes, or for eye problems like infections, allergies, or sudden floaters in your vision. Our front desk staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your insurance coverage.
We ask that you please know your insurance plan when scheduling your appointment.
